About the project

Finding Light in the Void is a cinematic visual narrative about walking with grief rather than being defined by it. Through an oceanic metaphor, the film explores the darkness, isolation, and disorientation of profound loss, as well as the unexpected journey toward self-discovery, faith, resilience, and renewal. As the darkness gives way to light, grief remains a companion, but no longer leads the way.
